Major new capability: ViperGram live ingest

XINTEL can now decode ViperGram radio-audio bursts from live audio and push the recovered packet text straight into XTOC. This gives you a packet path over plain radio audio with no TNC, no data port, and no special cable requirement.

• Generate the burst in XTOC or XCOM, transmit it as audio, and let XINTEL recover it off-air.
• The burst is a mono 16-bit PCM WAV at 8000 Hz using a 7-symbol OFDM burst with 256 active carriers and differential QPSK.
• Protection profiles: Strong = 85 bytes / 2 repeats, Medium = 128 bytes / 2 repeats, Normal = 170 bytes / 1 transmit.
• XINTEL forwards the recovered multiline packet text into XTOC, so chunked packets reassemble correctly.

Operational note: this is the custom X* radio-audio transport. It solves the same practical problem as Rattlegram-style transfer, but it is not wire-compatible with Rattlegram.
